Discrimination at the Courtrooms

Many people make laws to stop discrimination but even these people who make the laws are racist when it comes to other races in the world. There are many white people who discriminate black people and Muslims or other races and this problem has been going on and on ever since this world began. There are many people in court who discriminate their peers and also those people who stand before the court pleading their case. If you are a certain race and you get into a court where there are many racist people there, it will be really hard for you to win your case because they will all be against you. When you come to look at this world and the people living in this world, there is a lot of discrimination and you probably have discriminated someone before already because of certain things.

One way that you can detect discrimination is when some people think that they are better than others. Discrimination has been something that has been at the start and is still going on right now no matter how many times people tried correcting it. You may be better than others but maybe that other person can do things that you can not do yourself so you should never think that you are better but you should live with your fellow human beings in peace. Another way that you can detect discrimination and racism is by seeing if people think that they are a higher class than others. You should always help a person who is being treated wrong just because they are of a different race or just because their skin color is different.

If you are someone who has a case and you will like to have a fair trial but the judge is racist and discriminates you, how are you going to have a fair trial? It can be really hard and you can not get the fair trial that you have wanted. One reason is that the person in court will not get a right and clean judging because the judge is against you. These judges or people in the courtroom should be those who are not racist or those who should not discriminate people but unfortunately, some are like these. Discrimination and racism is everywhere even in places where you least think they will be such as in the courtroom. It will be very hard indeed and this is not fair as well because everyone deserves a fair trial.
